9th Letter Is an African up and Coming Artist based in Zambia Kabwe, with a smooth blend of Hip Hop and cutting edge Rock influence. He was born Innocent Chibulu, on the 16th of July, a member of the band known as "The Prime (Skulltown). He is a Rapper, Songwriter and Producer at a label called "Umoja Sounds".
