Submit Question

Q: Your music is awesome, especially 'Videos'! Have you considered submitting your work to www.2015musicawards.com/info?

A: Thank you very much. We enjoy making original music and sharing. No, I haven't considered submitting anything to anyone. I don't care for submissions or see the point in them. Everyone who has music uploaded can be heard. A few decades ago before the Internet, we did submit cassette tapes to venues so they could hear the style and decide if it was a fit for their audience. I doubt anyone listened to the whole tape. But we got booked from cassette tapes. That long ago. That system is dead and gone. The demos are all uploaded from musical artists all over the world on ReverbNation. There is nothing else to submit. If someone likes your music, they will contact you or your agent. I don't believe in contests either. Music is art. There it is. It seems to me that people asking for submissions might really just be looking to gather E-mail addresses. I'm happy to help you if that is the case. Our address is thelemonjohns@gmail.com. If you put the word Peace in the subject line we will likely see it. Bless you and good luck on your venture.
