The Bodie Travelers will be performing in Bodie for "Friends of Bodie Day 2011". Come enjoy a day from the past! Bodie's annual Friends of Bodie Celebration will be held on August 13th, 2011. Daytime Festivities include Living History Presentations, Vintage Car Show, Special Tours, Live Music, Daytime Food and Members only BBQ and Masquerade Ball in the evening. Bodie State Historic Park will be open to the public from 9am till 6pm.
The Bodie Travelers will perform a 2nd benefit at Pena Adobe Park during the Outrun MS-Lagoon Valley 2011 event (TBA). An amazing day for getting out and raising monies again this year for the National MS Society! Family and friends will be enjoying plenty of live music, arts and crafts and food vendors. Musical performances by The Bodie Travelers, Stillwood Sages, Tymeline and many special guest appearances by local performers. Proceeds from the event goes to non profits such as Casa of Solano and Safequest.
