Drop Dead Sixty (San Jose) will be debuting a new music video which we will be showing right before their set. Little Red Lung (Los Angeles) comes north in support of their new E P Foxtails Brigade has just been added to this bill as well. Doors open at 7:00 $10 at the door. ----- Here is a bit about some of the bands: Little Red Lung has recently graced the cover of Indie Music Reviewer Magazine, are featured as the highest rated new album in April's issue of Music Connection Magazine, have been nominated for LA Artist of the Month by The Deli Magazine, and are in regular play rotation at KCRW. "They are THE band to watch in 2012. Enchanting, unpredictable, theatrical and beautifully textured, Little Red Lung wrap their twisting and turning melodies around you, lulling one into the blissful hypnosis of a dark and blustery fairytale-hued night. Look for a release from them sometime in the spring." - ZYZXX ------ Based in the Bay Area, DROP DEAD SIXTY draws influences from a number of different places, hoping to culminate a variety of sounds into something new, and bring that sound into a theatrical and energetic live show. Their stage presence is often compared to Scott Weiland (STP), with a charismatic front-man that grabs the audience’s attention with piercing eye-shadowed eyes, as he slinks around the stage in a unique, almost possessed appeal that is unparallel in the local music scene. And let’s not forget their most loyal fan, Good Times Robot, who makes an appearance at every show! -------- Foxtails Brigade are 4 badass head honchos from the San Francisco bay area led by the baddest head honcho of the all, Laura Weinbach, a black-belt singer and guitarist who spent her childhood in the Hollywood hills spying on Slash, Ice-T and Larry from Perfect Strangers. If you saw this band playing on the street you were probably impressed. If you saw them in a club or in a video you probably liked it. Otherwise why would you be here? ------
