AMY HERRERA has been playing music in front of audiences solo since she was 13 years old. Based in Western, MA, you can find this mother of two singing a variety of songs cultivated from influences spanning from Joni Mitchell to B.B. King. "Exquisite, beautiful, such interesting melodies and lyrics, such lovely singing." (Cheryl Wheeler, singer-songwriter and comedienne). STEVE SUBRIZI is a poet and singer-songwriter from Somerville, MA, who writes songs in the punk-peripheral tradition of Jonathan Richman, Elvis Costello, and Morrissey. He and Kirsten Opstad once formed The Crazy Exes From Hell, who dealt in “really agitated—and really funny—breakup songs” (Dan Bolles, Seven Days). His 2013 debut studio album, Home Alone Forever, has been called "deliriously offbeat...strange and wonderful" (Victor Infante, Worcester Telegram & Gazette). MANTIS is the brainchild of singer/songwriter/guitarist Amy Mantis. Drawing on influences from the British Invasion and classic American rock and roll, Mantis puts a modern twist on a classic sound. Amy Mantis's other band, Canary, gained notoriety from musicians ranging from Jackson Browne to Grace Potter to Judy Collins. Over the past few years, Canary has toured all over the Northeast, performed at SXSW in 2012, and opened for Jackson Browne at the House of Blues in Boston.
