“In the end, though, all that really matters is that Rusty still rocked. Songs like "Empty Cell" and "Oh No Joe" sounded as good as they ever did. MacNeil's growl finished off "California" and "Wake Me" (which he jokingly introduced as "a song by Limblifter") with the exact same raw power that made the band so exciting to begin with. "Punk" is still two fast and furious minutes of distilled balls-out fun. And the double-punch combination of "Billy Boy" and "Misogyny" that closed the show, with their thunderous bass lines and crunchy guitars, sounded and felt just as guttural, dangerous and thrilling as ever. ”
