Giving God 100%

So two days ago my truck wouldn’t start. I just replaced the starter on it, but I thought it might have gone out again so I took it to advance and had them test it. It was perfectly fine with no problems, then the man said to me “how’s your connection?” And I told him it was a bit burnt up. I then learned I needed a good connection for the starter to work properly on my truck. Your probably thinking why is this guy telling us about his truck. Well I’ll tell you. I’ve been praying that God would show me a sign of how I could better serve him and how I could become closer to him. I’ve been doing music for Him, I’ve been praying but still nothing was going right I wasn’t feeling fulfilled. Today at the parts store God talked to me. If my connection is not a 100% then there is not really a relationship at all. This made me sick to my stomach. I want to give it all to God. So I can have a relationship with Him, I don’t want to be away from Him, I want Him to know my name. We shouldn’t expect to have the best connection attainable with God if we aren’t prepared to give Him 100% of ourselves. So today I am giving god a 100% and for the rest of time. Are you giving god your 100%? Think about it.

“How will I be remembered?”

If you died today, how would you be remembered? Would you be the all-star basketball player? Would you be the drug dealer everyone knew? Or would you be the man/woman God made you to be? I ask myself this every day. I would want to be remembered as someone who helped change people and lead people to Christ. If we could take just a moment to realize what we are living for I feel it would open our eyes and show us what we really need to be doing with our lives. I’m thankful to be living for Christ, and being able to do Christian rap as a tool to lead other to God. So ask yourself, “How will I be remembered?”
