Metro Times Blowout is marking a special milestone this year— 15 years— making it one of the longest running and largest events of its kind in the country. Each year, over 5,000 attendees enjoy Blowout because it showcases the best local talent and embraces the local music scene. You are sure to find an up-and-coming band that you'll love! Blowout begins with a Kick-off party and a Rust Belt Market craft bazaar on February 29th at the Magic Stick and Garden Bowl complex in Detroit. The event continues with scores of live local acts playing March 1st-3rd on over a dozen Hamtramck stages. Discounted pre-sale event tickets are available for $20 now through February 29th. Ticket price will increase thereafter. One ticket grants you access to all 4 nights of entertainment! Individual night tickets will not be available. Event is open to those 18 years and older.
