Bio: Doomsday Outlaw formed in September 2012 with Steve, John and Gavin. With the addition of Carl and Indy the lineup was complete.
With a heavy, groove laden southern sound we aim to stand out from the crowd.
We recorded a two song demo in January 2013.
We aim to make this year the year of the OUTLAW.

“Next up were Doomsday Outlaw, and a band totally new to me. Clearly this band are well known in these parts though, as I spotted Line Of Fires very own Paddy O’Malley in the crowd, who was looking forward to seeing these guys play! From the off, these guys looked and played like a metal band, with Carl Batten on lead vocals, Gavin Mills on guitar, Max Doubt on bass, John Willis on drums and Steve Broughton, also on guitars. These guys simply blew me away tonight! They describe themselves as having a raw, dirty southern sound and I totally agree, as throughout their set, I couldn’t help but compare them to the very popular band Clutch. These guys have a very unique sound though and Carl chooses to use a Shure SH55 microphone, which helps to give them their identity. After speaking to the guys , I found out they are writing new material all the time and recording a new EP in April, so watch out for that.”
