Born in East London, South Africa, and emigrated to Ireland in 2001 at the age of just 7 years old. Casey Leigh has had a passion for music from a very young age and carried that passion with her throughout the years. She has had many great opportunities with her gift and has been blessed to be able to share it with many available audiences
Casey Leigh dedicates much of her time and talent to various charities and other worthy causes in order to assist in their fundraising. During 2011 alone, she performed at venues across Ireland, some of which support community projects and research and treatment of conditions such as, Cystic Fibrosis, West Syndrome, people suffering addiction and many other such causes. Apart from performing for events planned and organised by the charities themselves, Casey Leigh also takes on the entire task of planning and running fundraisers for some of these causes.
Her original music has been recorded in both Ireland and South africa and she has also recorded various covers, all which can be found on her youtube channel. Casey Leigh is one of Irelands fastest growing musicians with her popularity having grown dramatically in the past 12 months. She has thousands of wonderful fans on facebook and her videos on youtube are also watched and appreciated by many thousands aswell. She has been interviewed by various radio stations and been involved in a few television productions aswell. In 2006 she was involved in RTEs (Irish television station) production of "It's my show" with Caroline Morahan and in the same year their production "Jam Musical" and more recently on the 8th of June 2010 their production "Who are you kidding" presented by Brian Ormond. In order to develop herself as an artist, she has attended stage school over a period of 8 years and works consistently with a vocal coach. It is her belief that it is necessary to earn a fanbase through hard work and dedication to her career and also to continually give back to the public through her charity work
