“Music Road Radio’s music library is full of talented independent country artists. One of the most popular names in the library is Casey Brett. Brett’s music has become a favorite of both the listeners and the DJs. Brett’s musical journey began in middle school. In his middle school band, Brett played the trumpet and when he got to high school he taught himself how to play the guitar. Brett credits country legend Garth Brooks for introducing him to country music. In fact the first song that Brett learned how to play on the guitar was Brooks' song “Unanswered Prayers.””

“Casey Brett Band has earned a reputation as an outstanding live band — one that centers itself firmly in drinkin’ tunes, Texas red dirt and traditional country more than the sounds of modern Nashville. “The crowd seems to react better to party songs, and that’s why they like what we do,” Brett says.”

“Casey Brett has shared the stage with Jeremy McComb, Bucky Covington, Ricochet, Ty Herndon, James Otto, Shooting Star, Lee Brice, Trailer Choir and Jerrod Niemann. That’s not a bad list. Not bad at all.”

"When I write a song, that's what I strive for - what's going to get these people out of these chairs," Brett says, "It's a great compliment to see people enjoy music that you've written."
