Who would have believed, back in 2009 when Cale started learning the guitar, that just a few years later, he would be a full time country entertainer, living on the road, his family sacrificing their home to help Cale pursue his dream?
How does someone go from learning the guitar, to becoming a prolific songwriter, performing over 300 shows per year, writing over 200 songs, releasing 2 albums & selling well over 5000 copies in such a short time?
Well here are some of the highlights:
In 2009, he was chosen to be on Team USA for the World Championships of Performing Arts, where over 30 countries competed. He competed in singing, acting, and modeling, and was awarded 14 medals (7 Gold, 5 Silver & 2 Bronze), 2 All Around plaques, and the glass star for Jr. Grand Champion Actor of the World.
In 2010, Cale was given the opportunity of a lifetime to co-write with renowned song writers, Steve Dorff and Bobby Tomberlin, on Cale’s original song titled “A Country Song”. This song was one of the 10 songs featured on Cale's debut album "The Beginning", which was recorded at Rain Maker Studios in Kennewick WA.
Thanks to some incredible people that invested in Cale, and Fred Vail of Treasure Isle Recorders in Nashville, Cale recorded his second album "True Love Waits", which released in 2013.
As 2013 started, the Moon's home was sold after just 9 days on the market. The home of Cale and his family would now be a motorhome......and the location...determined by his event schedule.
Cale has become one of the most versatile entertainers in the industry, playing as a single artist or with full band, everything from small clubs to main stages, opening act to headliner, cowboy church to winery's and beer gardens. Cale is known for giving a show that is not just enjoyed, but remembered. When Cale takes the stage, big things happen.
Cale has played at prestigious venues like the Watershed Country Music Festival, which is the West's largest country music festival, at the famous Gorge Amphitheater . Famous places in Nashville like the Bluebird Cafe, Tootsie's, Rippy's, Honky Tonk Central, Nashville Palace, John A's, Commodore Grille & Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville.
Because of Cale's versatility, he has become extremely popular with Fairs, Rodeos & Events across the country, like the Pendleton Round-Up in Oregon, Central Washington State Fair, Clark County Fair in Nevada, Laramie County Fair in Cheyenne WY, Northeast Montana Fair, and Eastern Idaho State Fair just to name a few.
Cale also continues to do church services, gospel concerts and benefits as he travels across the country. Giving a message through music that touches even the hardest of hearts.
