Complete Failure's first actual show was at the White Eagle in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on April 14, 2007 with Mennorhagia and Deliberate Intent. In late 2007 Complete Failure signed to Supernova records where they recorded the heavily criticized debut release 'Perversions of Guilt' with Today Is the Day frontman Steve Austin. From the months of March through to July 2008 Complete Failure toured the United States, Canada, and Europe with Today is the Day. In April 2009 Complete Failure recorded and released 'Heal No Evil' then In May 2009 Complete Failure toured with Relapse Records artists Antigama.
To date ComFail has played over 120 shows in over 20 different countries.
