Vintage Kings is a four piece post-grunge / alternative rock band that was founded in November 2011 by a group of friends from Pretoria.
With the desire to share their musical passion with the world, Daniel Rademeyer (Bass Guitar), Henri Stander (Vocals / Guitar), Charles Noke (Drums), and Valdemar Smith (Lead Guitar) formed Vintage Kings with the intention of making music that holds them accountable to a moral and ethical lifestyle.
Since winning the "Firkin Summer Jam" Battle of the Bands in 2011, the group has played in venues across Gauteng and the North-West Province. Vintage Kings made their festival debut on "Aardklop" stages in 2012. This opened new doors for the band and broadened their strong existing fan base. With each vibrant live performance, Vintage Kings strives to leave the audience craving for more, by keeping their sound fresh and dynamic.
Vintage Kings aspires to make an impression on the South African music scene by maintaining the highest level of professionalism. Their debut album, "One Life", is currently in the final stages of production with a release date set for 2 September 2013. "One Life" will be distributed through Brettian Productions.
