"Irie Love, her birth-given name, was born in Kailua, Hawaii. She first gained notice as one of the finalists on the "Brown Bags to Stardom" talent competition in Hawaii in 1999. Since then she has toured the world with such names as Morgan Heritage, Pink, Chaka Khan, Fiji, J Boog, Katchafire, Tarrus Riley and many more. Her mission as an artist is to "empower, inspire and entertain the world through her love of music". She's lived in Jamaica, London, California recording music and writing for other artists. She moved back to Hawaii in 2014 after touring and promoting her debut album entitled This Is Irie Love which she released on her independent label IrieAloha Records in 2012 which debuted at #1 in Hawaii and greater Polynesia along with her #1 singles My Love and It Is Wut It Is featuring Fiji. She is also a mentor in Hawaii through the Mana Mele, Pow Wow and Boys and Girls Club, all are for the projects and her Empower the Youth charity which she began working on 3 years ago. She completed her first Japan tour in September 2014. She is currently living in Hawaii and traveling back and forth to LA recording her new album We Rise for release in the summer of 2016.
