Formed in July of 2007; F-71, or Fallujah 71, is a band born in the hills of Topanga Canyon, a little hippie mountain town nestled in the scenic beauty of Topanga State Park in Los Angeles County. They grew up skateboarding, listening to and playing high wattage Rock n' Roll, and causing general havoc for their neighbors and polite society at large. Initially the band was a four piece, and has since been through many line up changes revolving around the brothers Tony, lead vocals and guitar, and Dante, drums. Most recently we had to part ways with our long time bass master, Drew, but now the bass is squarely in the more than capable hands of Colin. As young punks, they put their youthful angst and ferocity into the sheer wildness that is F-71 music. They cut their first album, Waiting on WWIII in 2009 with the aid of the great and talented gentleman, Mr. Billy Bones. Over the years they played many gigs, recorded many demos, and dealt with their share of drama, but through nirvana, hell, and back they have survived. Never to surrender, never defeated, and ready to Rock and Roll.
