Hailing from the Minnesota nice playground, Zack Dyer is a 24 year-old singer-songsmith from the Twin Cities with one studio album titled, "Somewhere On My Mind", released in November, 2011. Inspired by artists like Stevie Wonder, Jack Johnson and John Mayer, he took on a strong love for music during his late high school years performing at local shows at Dunn Brothers around his hometown. His talented father and sister (Brianna), an award-winning Christian singer-songwriter tandem had a major musical influence on him that he began crafting his own music as early as nine years old.
Today, Dyer has opened before popular artists such as Santana's Alex Ligertwood, Totos' Fergie Friedericksen, Keri Noble, Mason Jennings, Nicholas David, Tim Mahoney, and The Blenders. In November 2009, he signed a recording contract with High Chair Productions in Minneapolis and began recording a first full-length studio album, "Somewhere On My Mind" at The Hideaway Studios, one of the most reputable studios in the Midwest. Dyer stands out at various local venues in the Twin Cities like The Fine Line Music Cafe, The Varsity Theater, O'Gara's and The Pourhouse with his catchy sound comparable to Andrew Grammer and Jason Mraz.
