Abby Frenes is a Nashville based singer songwriter with a wide range of lyrically driven work. Frenes was accepted into Berklee College of Music for vocal performance and songwriting, after studying under some of the most renowned musicians and teachers in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her style has been compared to artists like Fiona Apple, Andrew Bird and Florence and the Machine with subtle hints of R&B and Blues in her vocals. The multitude of diverse writing partners produces an eclectic range of styles bound by the common themes of harmonies and melodic narrative.
