Born and raised just south of Atlanta, Emily Lynch has stayed true to her southern roots. Her self-titled 2011 release is so refreshingly pure and authentic that at moments it is hard to believe it is her debut album. Since her debut release, Emily has toured various festivals and venues across the southeast, and has been making a name for herself in the Nashville and Atlanta songwriting communities. She has written over 300 songs and continues to open doors for herself as a songwriter.
Most recently, Emily got to play her original song 'Heart of This City (Song for Boston)' at the Massachusetts Conference for Women in Boston, Massachusetts. Her tribute to honor the Boston Marathon bombing victims and their families was praised by all 10,000 in attendance.
