Danny comes from a little valley in Central Oahu, Waipio Acres.
Born and raised an army brat, Dannys Dad was stationed in many states
in the mainland, California, Alaska, and Danny's favorite place Virginia, where he got into playing marching drums and got his vocal Twang.
Back in Hawaii he started playing with a few bands, until he picked up a guitar until this day.
He played a few open mic's in the 70s one was Pirate Bully Hayes in Kailua
and his first pro gig in 1974 in the Main Outrigger Hotel a bar called 'The Mini Pub”
where he was billed as “Daniel”. Since then Danny has played many venues.
Danny has performed throughout East and West Coasts as the Main Act, Opening Act, Cruise Ships, Lounge, Coffee House, Taverns, Pubs, Weddings, Festivals, Camp Fires, Living Rooms, Streets.
