Most often in this life our struggles, our failures, and our downfalls become our greatest assets later on. Throughout the twists and turns of it all, Jay (drums) Steve-0(guitar) Cheney(guitar) managed to find their newly joined vocalist, Jesse K right when things were looking the worst for the group, bringing on new life and a new era for RED VIOLENT. After almost 2 years of curve balls with the bands sound almost complete, they hit it off fast at at the tail end of 2010. Without even having yet made much of a name for themselves, or having a bass player, began sharing stages with such acts as Ice Nine Kills, Motionless in White, Black veil Brides and Skeletonwitch among many others. The bands first Ep "Faith in Chaos" with new vocalist Jesse was released March of 2011. Shortly after Brendan was discovered and filled the much needed bass slot. With all five positions filled everything was looking very bright. The bands unique sound defined as a birth child from Lamb of God and Nothingface and their live show give a revival and change compared to most metal out there. To everyone's dismay and shock lead vocalist Jesse exited the band just a few short months after releasing the Ep, due to personal reasons, and on good terms. With more gloom in the air, Jay long time drummer for the group had to make a professional decision and also left the band in the following months to persue other musical interests. This seemed to be it, through try out after tryout of drummers and singers no one could quite bring the energy and skills needed to keep the band moving forward. After over a year of hardwork beneath the scenes , forgotten lost and broken Brendan, Cheney, and Steve never gave up. Writing and trying out many talented musicians finally found the right fit. 2012 behind the curtain began recording, getting merch, setting up shows, and everything needed for to set the bar once again for the bands reemergence .
