“Local Blues Band duo One Mississippi Two have been approached directly by the makers of The Voice to audition for the popular television series. Singer, Marius McKee, said: "We both thought it must be a joke, but when I contacted them they said they were looking for our kind of act." One Mississippi Two were formed last year by local musicians Tom Skailes and Marius and have already played at a large festival in Bristol organised by the Glastonbury Jazz and Blues stage. They have just been asked to play at the Bath Folk Festival next month.”
