Founded by singer/songwriter/guitar player William Larochelle and drummer Maxime Lussier in 2007 , Two Green Cats went from being a duo to a full 5 member band two years later when , keyboardist , Rico Desjardins and his brother Christian Desjardins , on bass , followed by David Béru on lead guitar joined up the funky bunch .

Initially influenced by simple blues compositions , the band now offers a fresh mixture of bluesy , folkish rock 'n' roll .
