In 1976, the Viking Explorers landed on Mars and sent back the first images from the martian surface. NASA later admitted to tweaking these images by adding a discernable reddish hue to them, thus disguising the actual blue skies and Earth-like desert appearance of what truly lies on the 4th planet from our Sun. This has nothing to do with what the band is actually about, but it makes for a great story... except for the part about the Truth... and spitting gospels from the heart... and weavin...
