Theresa, originally from Denmark, S.C., is a 39 year old, single parent of two beautiful daughters. She started composing when she was about 13 years old. About age 15 she started writing poetry. In 1990, her and her sister co- wrote the lyrics to "Leaving Me For Her." . Around 1992 she wrote her next song, "Saying I Love You." In 1998 Theresa hit a songwriting streak which is when "It Takes One To Know One" and many,others were created.
