“The Fine Line did a set at my fundraising gig in January. They were professional, organised and pleasant to work with. Each of the guys was totally committed to the gig even though they weren't being paid. The music was sensational and they really set the tone for the evening, getting the audience in a rocking mood and on a real high. The Fine Line have a unique sound but a varied repertoire. My personal highlight was Dan Plimmer on harmonica - a great sound well executed. I would not hesitate to use the Fine Line again for a gig - and it would be great next time to be able to pay them - they are more than worth it.

““One of the best things about being in a band is meeting and listening to other unheard bands. It was great to see The Operators playing at their best, we thoroughly enjoyed it,” said Plimmer who doubles as the bands bassist and harmonica player.
During the set, The Fine Lines covered two Stereophonics tracks which hyped up the audience, the majority of which joined in. They then played two new tracks; Faded Memories and Stay Young Tonight. Both tracks were written by guitarist Lloyd, which were well-received by the crowd.
Stay Young Tonight can be heard, along with other Fine Line tracks on the band’s page at http://amazingtunes.com/users/thefineline.
“We aim to make our own market in the business by breaking record barriers and bringing what we have to offer to the world of music.”
The Fine Line are planning to play at Buffalo Bar again on May 6, this time with Valleys band Alternative Expression.”
