“Songwriting Duo pen international Hits!!!! Sheedyfrost (Vincent Sheedy and Paul Frost) have had two of their songs recorded by Brazilian Musician Taquinho Noronha. The tracks appear on his new CD 'A Light In The Darkness'. The first song 'No Shoes' was the title track of their 2010 CD release. The other song is a Sheedyfrost Instrumental from their current CD release 'Something Definite' for which Taquinho has added his own lyrics and called it @Down on My Luck' Let's hope that's not an omen! From initial sales reports this is certainly not the case!”
Ask Sheedyfrost anything...
Q: When Did you first start writing songs?
A: I think the first song that Vincent wrote was 'Pleasant Trip' in 1968...the first song I write was called 'Wondering Why' in 1963. The first song we wrote together was possibly 'Hey Good Morning' in 1968.
