Yeah mon! We are bringing classic country, rockabilly, western swing, blues & rock'n'roll music to the streets of Jamaica once again at the Greater Downtown Jamaica Business Improvement District's annual Harvest Festival on Saturday, October 18 from 11am-3pm! There's something for everyone at this event - a true Farmer's Market with locally grown produce, artisanal baked goods, soaps, other vendors... magic show for the kids... exhibitions of ridin' & ropin' by the Federation of Black Cowboys... and, of course, the Firefighter's Chili Cook-off. It's all free, and there's a food court indoors at Jamaica Market, and plenty of parking at the Municipal Garage next door (enter on 89th Ave right off Parsons Blvd). See you there!
Hey, Bayside! Are you ready for some country? A little rockabilly, some western swing, some blues and some good ol' rock'n'roll? Come on down to Safari Beach Club on Saturday 8/23 from 6-10pm, and check out Savannah Sky bringing their special blend of tasty tunes to Bell Boulevard. Have some dinner, check out the many great beers on tap, and enjoy the music! This is a new venue for us, so we'd love to see as many friends and fans as we possibly can for our first appearance there. Thanks, as always, for your support!
