Comin' to you from the "Moonshine Capital of the World,"... Pickin' Buds was formed through the common interest and love of playing bluegrass music. The members of the band have all been playing together for a little over a year. We put together our very first show in just under three days, adding additional members each day. From the very first show til now, Pickin' Buds have set forth to put on a show for the audience and just plain having fun doin a little pickin'.

  From original tunes, traditional bluegrass, and even a little reggae, we try to incorporate many different styles and influences into our music. We are getting out, and on to the giggin' scene. We have established a name for ourselves through live performances and loving friends. We hope to see y'all down road somewhere, but for now we're just gonna keep on Pickin', Buds.

  Pickin' Buds has had the honor to share the stage with the Harwell Grice Band, Larry Keel and Natural Bridge, Two High String Band, Barefoot Manner, Old Habits, Shelton Brothers, Roger Handy & Southern Depot, TurboPro Project, High Street, and Kerosene Willy.
