This is KD's manager, Instrumental. I was just wondering what other people thoughts were about the state of hip-hop as far as content goes or do we just not care anymore as artist and fans, whatever sells. We have ex-hustlers turned rappers getting paid off promoting the hustler lifestyle to the point that alot of misguided youth aspire to be just that: street hustlers, or rappers who rap about street hustling, i.e. wanna be's on both levels. The only problem I really have with it is that there's so much of it, the markets over saturated with it. There have and always will be hustlers, but the real money, legal and illegal, likes to stay blow the radar. There's not enough Kweli's in the world to me, atleast not in my little corner. What are your thoughts?
