As a musician, I take very seriously my job, and not my job as in my music career, but my job as in being able to convey or provoke emotion in the people who hear my music. Because music comes from my soul, my heart, and I want people to feel the emotion I put into every song I sing, that's the only way this music thing is gonna make me happy... One of my favorite songs is "The Ride" by David Allen Coe and in this song he says this. "Mr. can you make folks cry when you play and sing? Have you paid your dues, can you moan the blues, can you bend them guitar strings? Boy can you make folks feel what you feel inside? Cause if you're Big Star bound let me warn you its a long hard ride.".. That's what keeps me focused, and that is all for today. Much love, AP
