DAVE and the market

Currently the market for independent musical artist is saturated to the degree of small sea sponge choking on salt water at the bottom of the pacific. So, to say that there is competition in the field is laughable at best. We create music we feel is good, but, to be included in the sea sponge, that's not enough. We see bands swim the great depths and work to get included in the sponge, all to no avail. Some even get to see the spot they picked out and worked so hard for get to become occupied by some producers daughter named Hannah, or some group of brothers the Disney channel thinks are hunks. We, on the other hand are taking a different route... And so far, it's not working. The truth is, there is no such thing as a rock star anymore. And it seems there never will be again. With people finding countless egomaniacs on Youtube and other retarded avenues like American Idol, everyone's a rock star. Its sad but it's true. So, we're just going to keep making good music (hopefully) and if you like it then please support us and let others know. If you don't, then thanks for listening anyway and go find someone that you do and support them. It's a shark's nest out here and we all need everything that a interested fan can give. Thanks.
