Good Things

Howdy Ramblers.... We play live and in-person this Thursday night at 7th Street Entry w/ Shovels & Rope! This is going to be a great night!

Also, we're launching some big things in the next couple weeks! Updates will be coming soon!

Looking Forward

Howdy Ramblers,

Last night at Tater Daze was damn good fun and the late night party in downtown Mpls didn't disappoint either. What a night!

Plenty still in the works for the DRR, with a show at 7th Street Entry being a highlight. We play on July 12 with "Shovels & Rope". If you haven't heard them yet, check em out. Really kickass southern folk-soul.

We hope to see you at the Entry.

Tater Daze

Howdy Ramblers! We're are pleased to announce our suburban hoe-down, throw-down this Friday night! This is a big one for us and the more the merrier!

The DRR starts at 8pm and plays through 11pm!

It's gonna be a helluva good time!

Album Photo/Fundraising

Howdy Ramblers, As many of you may have noticed, we dedicated our first album "For Safekeepin'" to the memory of Amelia Seiwert-Zigan (as well as Tom Majetich). Amelia's picture is included on the inside cover, and her voice is on the album as well. The purpose of this post is to ask for donations to Amelia's Fund, which supports children's cancer research. Amelia passed away on December 31, 2009 and we'd like to keep up the fight in her honor. Here's the link, so please make a donation today! http://ccrf.convio.net/site/TR/Events/personalfundraising?pxfid=4300&fr_id=1140&pg=fund

Peg's Song

Look at how she worries She lie awake most all the night Wondering if she’s crazy Wondering if she's right She feels she knows what she means Still she looks for answers in her words That night she wondered Is this just a dream Or was it a voice she heard When she woke that night From her gentle sleep Now the day breaks And she breathes just to feel alive So is she weak or is she just runnin' outta time? And why I don’t know why She won’t tell me why Oh tonight she’s gonna sleep As a child once again Never are there worries In Mother's arms my friend Lord, his head aches Been beat down too many times ya know? Lord, his heart wakes There’s no stopping him might as well go Push on, with each step you’re closer to your goal Be strong, there’s no burden that you cannot hold With your mind at one, with yer body and soul Tonight he’s gonna sleep As a child once again Never are there worries, baby In Mother’s arms my friend She went in first To let us all know that we can too Not a thing rehearsed She went and did it her way She did it her way x3
