The Strata-Tones / Blog

Please welcome new band members

The Strata-tones are happy to announce that after an exhaustive search for a vocalist, we are back in the rehearsal studio working with our new Lead Vocalist, Joe Pilloud. Joe will also bring his songwriting talents to the band.

Stan Whiting will be taking over the drum seat for the band.

We are rehearsing our existing tunes and writing new material at this time.

We'd like to thank all the vocalist who auditioned. They were all so great but we had to make our decision on what voice fit the bands material and direction.

As we prepare for the New Year we will keep you all updated and current with all that is happening.

Hello all, This is Bruce from The Strata-tones. Unfortunately, due to personal, financial hardships, our drummer Rick Pittman will be leaving the band to pursue full time music career opportunities. While we will miss him as a friend and band member, we wish Rick well on all his future endeavors. The band will be auditioning drummers to replace Rick and hope to be back up and running very soon. At this time, we are continuing to write new material for our next album. Happy Holidays and hope to see you all soon.
