Currently touring behind their 2009 live album release “The Throwdown Live” San Diego Music Award Winners for Best Funk/Jazz Album, ON THE ONE walk alongside KDTU & the Greyboy All-Stars when it comes to export music from America's finest city. Drum king John Staten (Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe) teamed up with long time friend and sax aficionado Jesse Molloy (Giant People) to create ON THE ONE in the summer of ‘06.
