Mark Wilkinson Mark Wilkinsons lyrical depth, gift for melody, and impassioned delivery are quickly establishing him as one of Australias most highly regarded singer/songwriters. Wilkinson released his second studio album, Let The River Run, on August 9, 2013 and it hit #2 on the Australian iTunes singer-songwriter charts within 24 hrs of the release - surpassing Ed Sheeran, The Lumineers, and Jake Bugg. The album also debuted at #2 on the Independent Music Charts (AIR), and at #61 on ARIA charts. Let The River Run was produced by Ollie McGill of The Cat Empire and mastered at legendary Abbey Road Studios. It is distributed by MGM Distribution in AUS/NZ, with worldwide digital distribution. With buzz around his live performances continuing to grow, Mark regularly sells out shows across Australia and in Europe all without formal marketing or promotional support. A truly accomplished independent artist, Mark has gone on to sell some 40,000 records at live shows alone. In addition to his headline tours, Mark has opened arena and major theatre tours for some of the worlds biggest names, including Peter Frampton, Seal, Brian Wilson, Chicago, and America amongst others.
