I think that being known for collaborations with well known bands is a good thing, but the goal of an artist is to express personal feelings, to have a work of your own that shout out loud your concepts.
I started this project having in mind way too many things, many styles and combinations of instruments. Some might call it jazz, some might call it ethnic or nu-jazz ... I belive it is a combination of those and many more.

About Mihai Sorohan:

Born in 08 November 1975, lucky enough to have a piano teacher as a mom and a father who used to listen to Louis Armstrong and Nino Rossi. Their influence was so great that resulted in winning a painting contest (in kindergarten) ^_^
