He might be young and a little naïve, but Kenny Eng has definitely got a lot going for him. It was when his love for guitar, blues and soul music was transformed into something more than an after school activity that he knew he was on to something special. But he also knew that his real passion was crafting songs that elaborated on those elements in the pop music medium and thus his dream to be a successful singer/songwriter/guitarist began. As a music student at UC Davis, his interests continued to expand and eventually encompassed jazz, some avant garde and even concert music. However, he has always returned to his roots of writing and performing songs that speak to the very core of a person, no matter who or where they are.
