An Evening of Art and Jazz benefiting The Advocacy Center June 4, 2011 7pm Spring is the time when Rochester heads out to celebrate what makes our area so great: smooth jazz, vibrant art, and a great community. Come celebrate all three in one place! Join us for An Evening of Art and Jazz: Warm up for the Jazz Festival by enjoying great music, featuring Wycliffe Gordon and Jimmie Highsmith, Jr., as well as Bob Sneider and Annie Wells! Celebrate our Community Award winners! Awards start promptly at 7:00pm. Every guest is entered in a drawing for one pair of Club Passes to the 2011 Xerox Rochester International Jazz Festival, which starts the week after our event. Enter additional drawings that evening for an iPad 2, a Nook, a 32" flat-screen tv, and a Flip video camera! ** Bid in our silent auction on fine art, great packages from area restaurants, wineries, museums, theatres, golf courses, and more! Buy a bottle of wine to enjoy at home at our "1 in 57" Wine Pull! Enjoy desserts from some of Rochester's premier bakeries, as well as hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar. Proceeds from this event support our training, advocacy, and individual support services for individuals with disabilities and their families, work we have proudly done for 57 years.
