“I just got the cd tonight...and have been listening to it on repeat over and over....Jennifer doesn't try to crush our ear drums by belting out the tunes to show she has pipes....She just lets her voice float over and through the music. All of the songs are nicley knit and cohesive. Lyrics do tell a story, and according to her liner notes, they are autobiographical. A little bit of r and b, softer styllings, it's all good. My favorite songs are Memorie of You, It's Just the Weather, and Bittersweet. You owe it to yourselves folks to pick this cd up. YOu will listen to it over and over, enjoying it more with each listen. Superb job Jennifer!”

"Daddy" especially blew me away because it is so different from all the other tracks. This harkens back to early classic soul and you don't take a back seat to any of those classic soul songstresses. Your vocals are very "mature" on this track, yet almost in the next breath, you can launch into a song with that "innocent little girl" style of vocal, leaving your listener agog and amazed.
