“Then pure heaven, The great “big” sound of Jack’s Rake. Jack’s Rake have performed at Acoustic Rotherham on three occasions over the years and have never failed to entertain, but this performance was excellence beyond the call of duty and simply outstanding ... Even our Leader, non Folkie Steve could be seen dancing around the Gallery, and the crowd they pulled in from outside was proof positive of the popularity of their sound. ”
