She is inspired by the little things and intricate details of life, The minor and the natural.

Enjoying the qualities and magic within every encouter and every moment, her music will ooze passion, sensitivity and positive optimism.

Her inspiration comes from "the harmony of her upbringing" and Jewish musical family line. She gently blends Jazz, Soul & Reggae Qualities into her own kaleidascope where her Jewish roots infuse, sometimes concluding in Klezmah flavoured jazz blended with a soulful quench of reggae twang. Other results have projected lightful poetic strings of thoughts floating on a bed of beats be it bossa, reggae or even hip hop.

Ilana has played and collaborated with many musicians and producers both in the UK and US. Ilana plays guitar, keys and uses these to instrument her songwriting. With Ilana's strong belief in roots and union she loves her Jam sessions. "I believe that bringing together  collective vibe creates a magical abundant light which all can feel"

Ilana has perfomed on stages from the Wembley Conference Centre, Jazz Cafe, 93 Feet East, The Shaw Theatre and over in Israel, The US (Atlanta, LA, NY & San Francisco).
