Ghost Electric formed is; David Shanley (guitar and keyboards), Clint Brown (bass), Mark Abbruzzese (vocals) and Lyle Michael Derby (drums and shakers). Ghost Electric's musical gut is syncretic, dark and laced with hope, a form of AlternativeMetal. The band has just released their first album "Ghost Electric". Art to seek the innerspace, wie Leben, familiar, unknown in reflection. Singularity, known expansion within voids, GHosT ELeCtriC dark.

“Screaming In Digital: Ghost Electric!
When I boarded my flight to SXSW this year, the plan was to shut it down and zone out for three hours before four days of insanity. As I settled into my window seat, a longhair joined me on the aisle. His name was Mark Abbruzzese - a professor of anthropology and the lead singer of the Orange County band GHOST ELECTRIC. There's always musicians on that flight to Austin. But I wasn't prepared for this guy to tell me that one of his primary influences is Geoff Tate. You probably won't find Rage For Order on the iPods of too many SXSW hipsters. And truth be told, QUEENSRYCHE has so far been overlooked by the recent 80s metal revival. Since then, GHOST ELECTRIC have been finishing up their debut album, To Be Announced, which will be released this summer. More hard rock than metal, the music is progressive and stylistically diverse. But the vocals stand out, and they immediately bring Tate and his impressive pipes to mind. ”
