Born March 10 1982 on the island of Dominica, Calvin "Big Boss CD" Durand made his debut to the world. Although Dominica gave birth to him the Virgin Islands raised him from age 13 to present day. While on the island of St. Croix he began his journey towards stardom perfecting his skills as an artist from his teachers, Tupac Shakur, 8 Ball & MJG, Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg and the Wu Tang Clan. In his high school days around his 9th grade years, the greatest addition to his molding came from his now present business partner of Dark Alley Entertainment T. Austin Reed. Being introduced to a whole new aspect of the game ( producing and engineering ) Austin gave me the road map that led me to where I am today in my career.
