Bio

Martin Sugg has been playing guitar for over 25 years. He's played in several bands in San Francisco including (the) Judybloom and the Stick Figures. In 2005, after moving to the Phoenix AZ area, he got back into songwriting. He's been playing several gigs and open mics around the metro area as BrotherSugg, in tribute to his twin brother and favorite bandmate! Currently, Martin plays lead guitar with Japhy's Descent, a Tempe AZ based alternative rock project.

About

BrotherSugg  Tell Me A Story

Hey All! I just got word that my new CD, "Tell Me A Story", is now available on iTunes! Download a song for $.99 or the whole album for $9.99! What a savings! Click Here!

My previous 2002 release, "Get Inside Your Head", a collection of songs that are more Dance or Techno oriented, is also available under Brother Sugg ( with a space ). Check It!

The new CD from BrotherSugg, "Tell Me A Story", is a new venture in song writing. Every song tells a story from within. It's been three years since the last CD, "Get Inside Your Head". With this new endeavor, BrotherSugg concentrates on his traditional roots in guitar; acoustic pop and heavy blues influences.

"This is my most personal recording ever. Each song has a story for me. I hope listeners will discover their own stories listening to the album. Its hard to describe ALL of my influences, but heres what I was listening to during this time period: the Wallflowers, Live, Chris Isaac, Audioslave, Damien Rice, the The and various acoustic pop songs."
