2009 - Garret introduces Draven to Joe Herrera & Danny Bailystocky of Good Bye Valentine, rolls out "Punk RAWk" version of "Wonderful Life". Nearly 10,000 downloads of original material on iTunes in 3 months.
2008 - Meets MG of Hidden Amongst Us & Garret Baldwin of Good Bye Valentine on the job. Share demos. Draven does vocal for track called "Insignificant", urged to "work on it" by MG.
2007 - Podcast PYTHICVS comps exclusively on MySpace. Generates legitimate 2300+ plays in just over a month. Gains interest of Pop Up Records in Florida and requested to cover "Wonderful Life" by Failure for tribute record.
2006 - Relocate to Los Angeles. Tough transition. Loving Sadness dissolves. Begin producing podcast, "Starr Secrets". 3rd episode gets featured on iTunes, runs for 8 consecutive weeks. Mention on Page Six in New York Times, garners 14,000+ organic impressions.
2005 - Acquire work station and produces electro influenced comps. Dives into SD music scene and befriends AeX. Joins Marcos Curiel produced project called "Loving Sadness" as bassist.
2004 - Forced to liquidate gear, goes Acoustic. Begin to alt-tune.
2003 - Melodic, somber pieces disregarded for minimalist, obscure numbers. Off time, upbeat and a lil scary. Begin working under the monikers "Strong Arm" and "PYTHICVS".
2002 - Hand-deliver 2 song instrumental disc to Mike Patton during Tomahawk's Mit Gas tour. Respect.
2001 - Drops single, "Commitment" on Troy Van Leeuwen @ ENEMY gig at The Casbah. Spring, requested by Adam Jones to work as a PA on music video for Schism. Summer, reunite with TVL during QOTSA in-store at Tower Records... says..."CD... still in the car... good song". Motivated.
2000 - Befriends Big Milk, becomes mutual fans/supporters. Meets Adam Jones of Tool @ Melvins gig. Cool guy.
1999 - Draven builds home recording studio switching from tape to digital.
