Pat Holmberg / Bio

Patricia Tanttila Holmberg has been a piano teacher for many years. A native of central Montana, she ventured south to attend the University of Colorado. She earned two music degrees at that institution. Through the years she has continued playing the piano, composing music, and recording. Her tracks have been used on the National Geographic Channel, Condey Central, Biography Channel, History Detectives and more. Her recordings are primarily for acoustic piano, but she has written quite a lot of choral music, flute ensemble music, sacred vocal solos, woodwind trios, etc. In 2010 she composed "The Water Suite" for glass harp, piano and orchestra. It's in three movements - Spring Creek, Summer Rain, and The Mighty Colorado. Those videos may be seen on this site.

Patricia is very grateful for music in her life and is well aware of all the profound benefits it provides.

In the PHOTO section below, you will see photos of several print music publications (and one book) that Pat has written. Should you be interested in purchasing any of them, you may go to www.amazon.com and type 'Patricia Holmberg books' in the Amazon search bar. You'll find them listed there.
