Rap and Hip Hop. Musical genres of deep hitting bass with hi-hats and provocative and dirty lyrics. Dirty lyrics or get out. But if you aren't rapping about the strippers on the pole, at least you can smoke on some green or slam shots to rebuild some dignity. What happens to an artist who isn't a "Christian Rapper" and yet doesn't shank people the in back alleys and deal a dime of coke, or at least lie about it? He doesn't fit the mold. Therefore unaccepted.
When I rap a song or sing a hook, it's not in my mind to make a song that lies about who I am. Because acceptance is overrated. I may live a pretty boring life to some but to others, I'm adventurous and ambitious. One thing you must know is that I'm always down a new adventure. Just remember my moral compass. This all being said, I never mean to insult or antagonize anyone who does their style. As long as you are true to you, I can be true to you also. You rock you and I'll rock me. Once we get that awkward "You don't drink or smoke" conversation out of the way, the sooner we can collaborate and party. Get ready people because a chocolate and mountain dew drinking man is ready to party. Ready to spread love and the party. Above all, use your talents for the betterment of humanity. It's in your hands to make a better life for yourself and the world around you. Just start it off with a loud and proud yelling of, "GET MIKEY CRAZY!"
