This upcoming producing, singing and songwriting duo joined forces in March of 2012 with the intention of making raw, organic music from the soul. Refusing to compromise talent and character yet trying to find a genre of their own, The Horticulture Club was born. Ace incorporates his strong southern roots and eclectic musical influences with Kayla's soulful sound and lyrical talents to cross generational gaps and unite people from all walks of life.
The Horticulture Club and their production company, Greenhouse Muzic, aspire to spread seeds of positivity, creativity and inspiration in the hip hop community and watch it grow. Thus far, Gregory Ace and Kayla Soul have done shows with the likes of Coolio, Potluck, Dirt Nasty, Ghost, Cypress Hill, Scott Elkins and have performed at Jazzbones-Tacoma, The Back Stage Bar And Grill-Tacoma,California Club-Tacoma,Hell's Kitchen/The Lochs-Tacoma, Central Ave Pub and Eatery-Kent, The Skylark Cafe and Club as well as Studio 7 Seattle.
