February 2006: Ian Clement, Sylvester Vanborm and Dries Hoof make their first live appearance as Wallace Vanborn, a three-piece rockband bringing a mixture of stonerrock and sexy, stripped down electronics in a magical formula that provided the band with a solid live reputation and the current nickname “Pletwallace” (the dutch word for steamroller).
Their critically acclaimed debut “Free Blank Shots” was released in Belgium on februari 8th 2010 (TSR / [PIAS]), hit the web, sprung airplay for singles "Rite Hands" and "Atom Juggler" and resulted in tours throughout the United Kingdom, the Benelux and along the American Westcoast.
In their own words, Wallace Vanborn eagerly bring their audience hard, rocking music which is edgy yet danceable, with some tasty hooks and catchy refrains thrown in for good measure.
